Submit Your OSHA Form 300A by April 30

All employers must submit Form 300A Illness and Injury Summary to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) by April 30, 2011. Filling out OSHA’s Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses is simple: Just click on this link and follow the instructions:
